*Choreography learned in the Classic Routine Class will be performed in the Community Showcase Performance.  All above events take place at San Francisco Dance Center unless otherwise noted.  The Panel Discussion, Community Showcase Performance, and Tap Jam are free to the public. Please circle these items if you plan to attend.  Also, additional registration is required to perform in the community showcase.  Please check schedule for possible updates prior to sending in registration.

Please help registration run smoothly and avoid processing delays by reading all tuition and registration information carefully.

Fees

Discounted registration/payment is available by mail (see below) or in person through August 1^st.  After August 1^st, full price registration is available by mail or in person through August 8^th.  After August 8^th, registration/payment continues at full price but will be accepted in person only.  Do not mail any items after August 8^th.  In person registration may be brought to San Francisco Dance Center, 26 Seventh St., 5th floor, San Francisco, CA 94103.  Registration is on a first come, first-served basis, and is non-transferable.  All participants planning to register after August 1^st are encouraged to email stepology@yahoo.com to make a reservation.

All registrants will participate at their own risk, and will hold Stepology and San Francisco Dance Center harmless for any injury sustained as a result of this workshop.  Refunds are available only through August 1, and will be subject to a $25 processing fee.  Stepology reserves the right to substitute instructors if needed.

Special Pricing for Teachers/Studio Owners:  If you are a teacher and/or studio owner, you may receive a 50% discount on your own Total Payment for registering 5-9 students, or 1 Carte Blanche pass for yourself for registering at least 10 students by using the following instructions:

1.        Assemble all student registration forms and payments, and check for accuracy using the “Registration Checklist”;

2.        Complete a separate registration form for yourself, indicating that you are taking your discount from the Total Payment Amount, or that you are eligible for a Carte Blanche pass for yourself ($10 Registration fee still applies);

3.        Enclose all completed registration forms, including yours, in one envelope and mail by the early registration cutoff date (Aug. 1).
