Sponsorship and Donations
As a nonprofit corporation, STEPOLOGY depends on public support for the Bay Area Tap Festival, Santa Fe Tap Festival, and other activities designed to promote tap dance.

**Special Offer:  Invest in STEPOLOGY's 2012 Season by Jan. 1 2012 and receive the following gifts in addition to the usual benefits:  

  • The first 5 people at the "Feelin' the Swing" level or higher receive a free gift of STEPOLOGY's 2008 Promotional DVD featuring Bay Area Tap Festival highlights from 2004-2008.
  • The first 5 people at the "Shufflin' to the Beat" level or higher receive a free t-shirt from a previous festival season (specific festival years/sizes subject to availability).

  • Acknowledgment of sponsorship and company logo in 1,500+ Festival programs
  • Full page ad in Festival program
  • VIP seating and tickets for 16
  • Two passes to concert rehearsal

“Jamming” ($1,000 – 4,999)

  • Sponsorship billing on STEPOLOGY website; company logo on over 1,000+ brochures, 3,000+ postcards, all print ads, and all online marketing 
  • Acknowledgment of sponsorship and company logo in 1,500+ Festival programs
  • Half page ad in Festival program
  • VIP seating and tickets for 12
  • Four Festival T-shirts

 “Hittin' the Groove” ($500 – 999)

  • Acknowledgment of support on STEPOLOGY website and in Festival program
  • Quarter page ad in Festival program
  • VIP seating and tickets for 8
  • Two Festival T-shirts

 “Feelin’ the Swing” ($250 – 499)

  • Acknowledgment of support on STEPOLOGY website and in Festival program 
  • VIP seating and tickets for 4
  • One Festival T-shirt

 “Shufflin’ to the Beat” ($100 – 249)

  • Acknowledgment of support on STEPOLOGY website and in Festival program
  • VIP seating and tickets for 2

“Keepin’ Time” ($1 – 99)

  • Acknowledgment of support on STEPOLOGY website and in Festival program

For each sponsor level, the amount of contribution that is tax deductible will be reduced by the market value of sponsor benefits.  The market values of sponsor benefits for the above sponsor levels are: “Keepin’ Time” -- $0; “Shufflin to the Beat” -- $30; “Feelin’ the Swing” -- $80; “Hittin’ the Groove” -- $160.  For additional information regarding tax deductibility and or other Sponsorship levels, please contact STEPOLOGY and/or a tax professional.
